Hey, just seen that the mod's been updated. I tried ti out a while back but had to remove it because so many empires were pulling incredibly OP fleets from lootboxes that they then couldn't afford to support which just ruined the game. Is this still an issue? I don't mind getting some ships from the boxes, just their strength should be relative to how far along the game is.

Actually the pit is NOT technically endless because that was impossible to do within the constraints of the system... but it is very very deep

Yes there is a relic that gives you a fleet of ships, I thought I applied the same chance mult to it but I'll take a look once I'm out of the hospital (I have surgery tomorrow so might be a bit)

I've taken to zeroing out getting ships in the beginning menu where you can alter chances but AI empires are still able to get ships through it. Is there a relic that gives you a fleet of ships?

I mean, their ability to summon in fleets is the same as your own, so it shouldn't be THAT bad, unless you just get really unlucky. Removing this from a save probably would break it since it adds components and stuff

Is there a way to config the mod to prevent the AI from using this mod? Sometimes I glance at some of the AI nations and was horrified to see them with like 500-600 MILLION Fleet Power and potential game breaking ships from other mods.

those aren't bugs those are artifacts that the AI must have pulled from a box, they give everyone who isn't somehow allied with the user a deficit situation

Oh and also it seems that it was causing those situations where you have deficit of consumer goods, rare crystals etc. and spamming about piracy appearing. I hope you can those issues as this mod seems quite fun :)

Crisis fleets are still spawning with odds at 0 and their names are broken like gacha_crisis_fleet or something.

I already do that hahaha, the subrolling thing, that's how it was written it uses random lists and on actions and stuff, for some areas you could even theoretically make a submod and add your own events without doing overwrites

Yea, that would be cool. Maybe even add sub-rolls? Like, you rolled a relic for example, and then there is a "hidden" sub-roll to determine which one? That would theoreticaly allow you to use almoust the same code as normall gatcha and add more options. How about it?

that should have been fixed a long time ago, it is possible that jackpot still spawns ships though, I can't remember if I fixed that or not

Updated to 3.6, I still have some GUI stuff I need to figure out, but between modjam and me never having touched the custom GUI before it could be a while before I fix some aspects of the gui (sorry!) should be fully functional though
