"Jiggle bones" are basically the "physic" on the hair, long clothes, etc. It makes them move when the character moves basically, On this PM, there's jiggle bones for the hair and the yellon band she has on the torso

@Sexdarva (Ciel), perhaps someone sent a report, it seems to me that Steam does a hard block for this reason. My addon "Background NPCs" also had links blocked for almost a month. Submit a request to Steam Support. If the links are unblocked before a response, you can just close the ticket.
