There’s a parameter called 'temperature delta.' By default, it’s set to 5, as steam turbines get too hot at 100°C and produce water at 95°C. This means that if you want to output water at, let's say, 50°C, the turbine needs to be 55°C or less. I suggest increasing the temperature delta if you plan on outputting cold water.

Yes,I also increased the capacity of the pipes.
In my archive,my clear water geyser is erupting 100kg/s,which is far from the limit it can be set.

But I guess if you're using mod for bigger pipe capacity it should work if I increase the limit above 10 kg/s

Well, I have a sliight... Crash issue. For some reason one (or more?) of my turbines are loosing enough heat that they go below 0 kelvin, resulting in the game going boom.
