Check out "Fashion Montage - Start with any outfit in any mode", that's the one I've used for "years" and it had that option. As I often started with tons of negative perks and also broken bones + 0/0 Str/Agi as if waking up from a coma.

Any chance that you could unlock/free the hospital gown? it's typically worn by patients and I wanted it for a walking dead start waking up in the hospital as a patient

was great but for some reason there was no plain t-shirt option, and you couldn't change the colour of some of the default items :(

same for the insurgent mod, you can also choose 1 helm and vest with some extra clothes likes military camo stuff and black insurgent clothes

You can choose 1 helmet and 1 vest.

@Aang741 Restarting your game might fix it. If not, check for updates and/or re-install the game.

Do you have any interest in making a lite version? I really like what this is doing but honestly the amount of options is too much for me.

i don't know what's wrong but the mod is not working. i don't see the options and i don't know what to do, i have already deactivated many mods without success.

Disappointed we can't choose helmets, but oh well.
