Just so you know, you messed up the file paths and all of the pause menu icons for the Repentance items disappear. The "resources-dlc3" folder contains just the "ui" folder with "death items.png".
The "resources-dlc3" folder should contain a "gfx" folder, that folder should contain "ui" and that should contain "death items.png".
