Which ever mod was downloaded last will work, both mods overwrite same file therefore overwrite each other.
Yoi can almo love them about in your mod list, but the whichever is lower down in the list will be the one that works

Nest I’m thinking of making a full body alien, I think I can work the textures to look like an alien head without helmet, it will take some work and I’ll only upload if it’s good enough.

No reason why not, it just replaces the original driver textures, every file edited is named the same to overwrite the existing files so yes it shouldn’t have any problem as long as all players have the same mods and mod order active.
