You know, I was wondering earlier if someone had tried redoing CS:S's maps with Nicolai Seven's destructible props, & sure enough someone did!

Try use with VFire - Dynamic Fire for Gmod and this cvars(console commands):
vfire_enable_explosion_fires 0
vfire_enable_damage 0
vfire_damage_multiplier 0
vfire_decal_probability 0
vfire_enable_spread 0
vfire_enable_explosion_effects 0

It will change damage behavior with default game fire and remove issues.
