Not sure why but the set isn't appearing. This is also happening for some of your others sets but not the standalone buildings. Very strange.

The mesh range is between 1022 - 2208 tris or not? Modular Lowrise Corner have 2,208 tris and 102 LOD

Wish this set had another mirrored 90 degree corner building, but hard to really complain with the quality of these assets.

These buildings are beautifull and perfect!! One minor complaint that's probably very easy to adjust; The 'Modular Lowrise Corner' (the square one) has two trees with a planter on the corners. Unfortunately the trees are not centered in the planter. If they were off a bit I wouldn't mind, but now they're almost sticking out of the sides. Especially when you replace these planter with other ones using BOB the trees are not even in the planters. Any chance you could iron this little imperfection out? That would be great! :steamthumbsup:

I use your buildings in every build-- saw this one and saw some of the negative comments and couldn't believe it. I echo @exothermic-- these are amazing, as is your other work. I fully recognize how much time and effort this takes and I just wanted to thank you for that!

Perhaps add "ability to read" as a requirement, since it seems some users are unable! Thanks for your great work. This is amazing. I've needed these since 2016. I can't imagine people complaining over your talented and time-consuming work. :steamthumbsup:

@Splifsend Loading Screen Mod has a report where you can directly click on the missing assets and subscribe to them. Also, missing props are not game breaking.

OTH, I don't quite like assets which are meant to be plopped "un masse" and are heavy on "tris" and props
