OKAY SO BUG as of right now on Build 42 when you put a bag in the trailers seat thats not inventory itll bug the fuck out of the trailer and you cannot enter it again i had to go into debug mode remove the door pull the bag out and then install it again to fix this but i hopes this helps anyone who has this issue

The trailer for some reason has a car dashboard as if you could drive it. Is it possible for you to remove that? It sorta breaks immersion.

Its fab but sticks in the map when you crash, you need another vehicle to knock it back out

@Sonja but we all know the car power of PZ is total shit, if we want to make that truck rushing as real world the number must be re balanced. When I install the bumper on this, its max speed go down to 60 around, and lost all off road capability.

the max Hp for this Unimog in the current year is 300 HP. So it fine as is.

I've noticed that this vehicle can spawn as a "flat tyre" event (when a car spawns on a road, missing one wheel, and with a jack and a brand new wheel next to it), but when that happens the new wheel is for a sports car and the broken wheel is for a standard heavy vehicle, so neither of them will fit the Unimog. Not sure if there's any way for you to either make it spawn the correct type of wheel or simply exclude the Unimog from those "flat tyre" set pieces.

Also, there doesn't seem to be any way of making Unimog wheels (they don't appear in the crafting menu), so if it spawns missing a wheel (as in this case) or if a wheel ever breaks, the truck becomes unusable.

If its possible and u have time, can u adjust the front trailer wheels cus when it towed trailer's fronts wheels getting levitating

Not sure whether this is deliberate (to avoid having to make them turn?), but in B42 the front wheels of the trailer don't touch the ground even when being towed by the Unimog itself.

Also, both the truck and the trailer's wheels spin faster than the ground moves (i.e., like they're skidding in place).

Remember people, modders time is finite.

Thanks for the suggestions but, I don't get enough support to spend work hours on a mod to tinker further, I'm happy with currrent state its in. Can it get better yes. I already worked for weeks on it to port B42 and learn new ways and add extra textures for free. Don't expect new changes unless mod gets broken again. I'd rather spend time going outside than working more on it.

The trailer looks funky when towed by vehicles like a stepvan, the front wheels stay in the air. I'd think it's something with the van's model, but maybe something that can be looked at?

For 42 I suggest dropping welding requirements like 3 or 4 levels. I don't think level 8 is currently even doable with normal play.

thanks for the mod great vehicle to armour up and great storage to explore but there's a small issues with it tipping at the slightest touch of something on the road literally a small dead bunny in the middle of the road has flipped it several times and i have to find a random car to hit it till it slightly flips over, you'd think realistically a hauler like this would preserver but the slightest impasse and it flips over to the point where it just get aggravating.

I have introduced it in my lone survivor playtrough and it's perfect to go in expedition for resources.. still in b41. The only problem is that most of the time I can't accelerate effectively in off road and get stuck on small bushes or zombie bodies that you would not expect from this beast. My uncle had a real one in Madagascar and served them 20 years with almost no maintenance and no road. The buggy thing is that in reverse it works great!! So most of the time I drive it reverse but it's not so immersive;)
And also the RV had seats and engine but no interiors to get in! Thus it's useless like this!!
Is there a way to access speed and power parameters?

Is the trunk of the Unimog really supposed to be just 50 units? Seems unrealistic, considering my Dash Bulldriver's trunk can fit over 100 and the entire Bulldriver could (visually) fit inside the Unimog's "trunk".

Engine power is an arbitrary number thats not related to horsepower as we see it. Increasing engine power does not in any way increase torque it only increases how fast you get to top speed. You will still get bogged down in off road.

Fixed dipping in to ground at higher speeds,

Added two new army skins, Tan and accurate CARC (the one we have is not really accurate, but I kept it in mod for people who like it).

I have an issue, possibly by realistic car physics mod, where my wheels dip into the ground when i turn a corner at higher speeds

Updated for b42, towing is worser compared to B41.Looked over it and no idea whats changed behind scenes and I really dont have much time to work around it. This means you won't be able to tow RV or any other cars effectively.

This means I can't do anything about towing and any comments about towing wont change fact that I can't do anything about it. Request towing nerfs reverted at Zomboid discord.
