doesnt uork anymore the font is too big

do i need the base mod inabled to use this submod or does it work on its own

may have a problem, have the mod activated but its not working for me in game for some reason, it says its for older versions of which it does work for me but the current 1.35 it does not

why paradox doesnt see this mod?

amazing work, I liked imperial graphics but the font being too small and being too big in some provinces was a major downside
