Not really a response from them as it is more additional info. I used this with a Rat Model, WW1 German Storm Trooper as well and it has the same issue. Idk why.

might be an issue with the model not having any weapon attachments, ask the dude that made the model to add LH and RH attachments

Inside GMOD it says there is no problem nor LUA error.

So uh, basically when I try to use this with COD MW2019 Kruger Playermodel or Grey Knights it covers the middle of the screen. Can you fix that so it instead goes where it should be according to the screenshots?

Looked around Google and there's a bunch of GAU-8 models. Some are costed tho, requiring you to buy them.
