I'm fairly certain this was by YuRaNnNzZZ or The Forgotten Architect? The latter may be more likely as all their addons are gone.

You can download them incase if the addon gets deleted, you can store the downloaded addons, but its best to keep it to yourself instead of reuploading it again when the author tells you to not
