Cloud should be pixelated too, otherwise the design elements of a 3d rendered cloud vs. pixelated rain conflicts with eachother.

i like it! only suggestions would be putting the square sprites behind the clouds so you notice them more, and probably increasing the opacity. really nice for a first try!
