Its because its wound is very very hard to stitch up unlike what small arms weapons can do. Unnecessary damage and suffering.

Man i hate when there is a rule of war about tri daggers not being usable cause they inflict "Too much damage", and if thats true then i guess we gotta ban automatic rifles too.
