The border around the room, the platform just before the back door, and the giant window are all missing textures. There was a time when they weren't missing textures and this map was fully functional, but now they are.

Because Hammer++ on Portal 2 is better than the 2013 SDK one.
and Black Mesa compiler just has a lot more feature than GMOD such as Ambient Occlusion.
