okay thanks. worst possible timing though is that now im going camping today for 2 days and wont be with the computer to do so

this will turn cs2 into legacy cs:go, enabling you to see all CS:GO assets in gmod

1.Open Steam and locate Counter-Strike 2 in your games library.
2.Right-click it, and navigate to Properties.
3.Click betas and select "csgo_legacy - Legacy Version of CS:GO"
4.Close properties, and your game will switch to CSGO. This will require you to download an update.
