I'm running into the same issue, all Prosthetics attached to this mod vanish the instant they're installed in a pawn. Unsure of why. Though it doesn't seem to mess with any other mods i have running that i've noticed yet.

@Zaljerem Hello, it happens to me the same as Lil Jebbie, when I try to install prosthetics of this mod they disappear from the character at the end of the surgery, and if they are prosthetics of arms or legs they disintegrate and leave your arm or leg bleeding, can you take a look at it when you can please?, thanks for your attention.

Could you add compatibility for the ideology dlc? I gave my pawn an eye from this mod and they still had a debuff for not having any modifications.

Updated: If you run "Ignorance is Bliss", all prosthetics are Ultratech.
