Ah, to think we gave away our Tu-160s for USA to give us guarantees of defense... Kuznetsov was also stolen from Mykolaiv wharf, so far it drowned plenty of russian aircraft and burned down a dock or two but not as much damage.

Anyway if you do Ukraine, most of these units (just not the embarrassingly smoking ship) can be used, we operate hinds and Mig-29s, just needs a different main tank. T-64BM Bulat & T-84 (any modification) are specific to Ukrainian forces.

Disable mods that add 3D models. The game has an asset limit as dumb as that sounds.

someone needs to come up with a mod that brings back rise and fall from civ4 that was my all time favorite i even have a few good ideas for updates but no idea how to do any of this

Hello there's a problem while displaing the text in game. You can fix it in DRussia_Text.xml just by moving one line with Text tag that is outside the xml tag. Move line with description of Spetsnaz from 6th line to 8th line. It should work.
