I was influenced by you and wanted to try to make some mods by myself, and when I was making a skill mod build,

I'm trying to use the FlashyPlays perk....is this perk working? I can't seem to make it appear on a soldier.
This Pack is generally for my modding purpose/for my classes designed around LWOTC in mind.
But I also give permission for people to rip the code for themselves if they dont wanna use LWOTC
Next, because of the underbarrel mechanic (they penalize reaction fire) and the fact that the ONLY weapon able to mount UB grenades/shotguns/flamethrowers is the assault rifle - and furthermore the rifle is the weapon that gets overwatch abilities in your current configuration - I think you need to swap the full array of rifle perks with the bullpup perks. This would make the bullpup the overwatch weapon and the rifle have a much more offensive feel that can team with equipping an underbarrel attachment without getting penalized. I'd further change the MSGT perk for the (swapped) rifle row to be Rapid Fire rather than Double Time.
