伞规则中与殖民相关的部分没有多彩相关的规则，这不是这个mod该负责的事情

用了这个兼容包 基因飞升的时候 基因传统中可以去掉好基因这个功能无效。

发现了一个bug，该mod在装有两个前置和planetary diversity系列的情况下所有种族会无法殖民所有pd mod行星和遗落星球。如果单独分别安装两个前置mod，则不会出现上述情况
