Sounds fun and would be a welcome change to the trait but unfortunately i have no idea on how to do it, i know that there is a way to add "pain" to a limb but i dont know if there is a way to set a condition to remove it with painkillers.

Unfortunately im not versed in to codding, most of my stuff are hanged with duct tape, i dont really know how to do it. If anyone knows how and want to, feel free to do and upload it!

The biggest problem is that you cannot loot while in vehicles, you can do the drive-by with ranged and melee weapons while in it, To make it worse the angle you can attack in a vehicle is limited too unfortunately.

This PERFECTLY fits the "Crippled Badass" theme I basically play every time I Zomboid! As for a wheelchair mod, if you're interested, you could probably check out the Bikes or Carts mods to see if they'd serve as a base for wheelchairs. I know at least some skills work while in a vehicle, right?
