Sadly most of the F59s from California were being Replaced by the SC44 Siemens Charger but thankfully Amtrak California refused to sell their F59s and they are still with them working alongside with the Chargers and Metra would purchase all the Ex Amtrak Cascade and Pacific Surfliner Units now most of these Railroads will now use Chargers.

Is it ok if you recreate the PA-1's, PA-2's, maybe some fictional articulated versions and the (fictional for now) PA-6?

You said that you are gonna add the Bi Level Amtrak Surfliners and Amtrak california to Rolling line but its been months and they are still not in game yet
