와 평소에 제국 크기 때문에 구역 쪼갤 정도로 고생했는데 이거 끼니까 밸런스는 둘째치고 플래이가 확실히 좋아졌네...

Updated the mod. Removed the base empire size bonus, because it was hard-coded and it was simply impossible to change it in any way. To compensate it, I almost doubled the other bonuses and added system size reduction as well.

Sorry, Beast-Storm, but keeping the old legacy version was useless: the base empire size bonus simply didn't work, so the mod was basically raw. Now it should work as intended. If you encounter bugs or incompatibilities, report here in the comment section.

Mod didn't really need an update (since it is very simple) but still updated it to 3.6. Also added all possible localizations.

@Legendarybort Actually, no, it can conflict only with mods that change the empire sprawl values. Even if some conlfict may occure, just move this mod to the bottom of your load list and use the Merger of the Rules https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2807759164&searchtext=merger+of+the+rules

effect:
basic empire size: 100 =>200
empire size from district: 0.5 => 0.2
empire size from colony : 10 => 5
empire size from branch office: 2 => 0.25
empire size from from pop: 1 => 0.2
