do the solar panels work while buried in a mountain?

Thanks Yantor. Sorry, but I will be trying to keep things as universal and simple as possible for Vanilla/Reforged towards the longevity of the blueprint and inexperienced players.

I was tempted to use 640k controllers though! Feel free to add any script you want.
