is it a this mod specific thing, or is it likely to be a conflict with another mod?

Yeah, Just followed the directions posted previously and got it working. No experience with RPFM tool until now and just followed Skrunky and Uncertainty's directions.

no, i got the same problem, changed the tables, game doesn't crash, but isn't working either

Is it me or did it get bricked again? updated tables and its not working. Also for smithy the mission_event. png is missing

i got immortal landmarks and landmarks of legend + sfo and its working fine.

With the fix Skrunky posted does that also fix the incompatibility with landmark mods?

I deleted the game with out event and constant battle is no fun any more

thanks Skrunky! But the diagnostics button didnt bring up any mods for me your way. But with the RPFM and WH3 mod manager you can right click the Land encounter mod and open in RPFM ( then pick the application) and it automatically brings up the errors, edited and done!

you are a genius!!! everything worked, the game started without error!!! man it really took 3 minutes, why doesn't it update itself).

you actually only need RPFM, assembly kit is not needed. If you have it, check my comment approx 20 messages earlier.

Since no one else seems to want to post HOW to fix this mod's CTD issue, I found out myself and will actually post it.

Download the Assembly Toolkit for TWW3, as well as the RPFM modding tool. When both are installed, make sure to download all the updates for RPFM (If you skipped, you can go to the About tab and check for updates.) Then, go to the Special Stuff tab, expand Warhammer 3, and select Generate Dependencies Cache.

After those are done, there is a Diagnostics window at the bottom of the application, click the Check PakFile button (the play button) and scroll down until you see an error that should read "Invalid reference 'wh2_dlc16_effect_attrition_immunity_skaven_plague'." Double click on that, it should take you to line 478, and replace the invalid reference with "wh2_dlc16_effect_attrition_immunity_plague" instead. Under the PakFile menu, click Save PakFile.

This mod has been abandoned and should be labled as such in the description or removed as it crashes the game and the creator has not communicated or made any effort to fix his mod in almost a year. someone in the comments fixed the mod themselves in just a few minutes proving the creator is just uninterested in updating his work.

I just installed PFM 4.1.2 (not sure if that's the right one), I try to open the pack file but it tells me unknown header type PFH5

Well you need to have the RPFM installed, it's a modding tool.

It seems to be a one minute fix, simply replace "wh2_dlc16_effect_attrition_immunity_skaven_plague" by "wh2_dlc16_effect_attrition_immunity_plague" in the trait_level_effects table, line 478. With that change, the mod is working for me again.

I can never enjoy TWW3 without this mod. dear Zero, plz fix the crash issue that occurred after the patch

This Mod straight up just crashes the game on boot now. You gonna update or not? because if not than you may as well remove this mod all together.
