That nonexistent rule's been broken for years, anyway, given the amount of cosmetics added during the game's lifetime that give Scout some sort of facial hair.

Not so sure if a fuller beard like this works for Scout. At the point where you're adding a dedicated facial hair cosmetic for the guy, you may as well go with couple of fantastic fake beard cosmetics that already exist on the workshop. They're bigger, more versatile, and easier to justify than this one.

While I do think that Scout should have more beards, I feel like this style doesn't really fit him, it makes him seem extremely chill which is the polar opposite of the ADHD incarnate we have

I feel like a good majority of rules have been thrown out of the window already, if bananas and paper masks and the corpse carrier - when it wasn't halloween restricted - can get added, I think a beard of all things is alright.
