It's the steam version that doesn't work with it.There is a problem with the steam version file.

@SchGang If you're using Anbennar from the Creative Workshop, I recommend you try the beta version of Anbennar.

11.22工坊版Anbennar会在不加载hb的情况下使奇观、任务树外的 大多数 submod 失效
测试版运行submod依旧正常，故运行submod只能使用测试版（只要不是11.22工坊版）或成功加载hb神秘的抵消bug使工坊版能成功加载其他submod
或者在所有sub内外.mod文件里加上下面的几行也能解决问题
