Another person ripped off of this weapon with the same stats, name, model and all. Just search up "X-8 Energy Pistol", and sort by "Most Popular All Time", and voila, there's the ripoff by some dude with a name out of pictograms.

It's a bit weird when you run with it in third person. The gun isn't sticking to the hand of the player.

I understand that this is an awesome gun and all, but why is it under 4? The only reason I'm not putting it on my server is because it's drawn with 4 and not with 2, that's one of my biggest pet peeves in this world

Autopilot it is not a laser it is a plasma ball (although he calls it a laser) for it to be in a ball shape it would have to be plasma....

Kind of ironic that the projectile is light, yet it's the only weapon in the game (excluding other addons) that has bullet drop. Why'd you put it on a LASER weapon of all things? Great mod, but the logic is somewhat flawed. :KSmiley:

10/10 except for one bug - the projectile, when trying to bounce off of a surface that isn't flat, will create errors and the projectile will freeze on the ground and will disappear after a while.

Not a laser and not how they work, but eh. It's cool enough. But there aren't really any good energy weapons on Gmod; like the Covenant weapons, or the Vanu Sovereignty's weapons.
