The bogie textures are missing for this mod, is there a fix for that?

The one pet peeve I have is the US flag on the right side of the cab being worn forward instead of backwards. However, it seems that is the way they were worn irl. Accuracy 10/10.

So it looks like my issue is actually with Metra in general.
