There's a reason why that text is written in the description :)

The only way to add custom sounds is by making a filemod that replaces an existing sound. Adding extra sounds is currently impossible.

given all i know, they literally had to use the audio event list
i dont think its possible for them to make it possible to use custom sound files

Can you add ability to use custom sound files. Yes I read the above text which says other wise but is there any possibility that you can add this.
