Could combined with the colonial or parade outfits for the Soldier.

im just gonna say that the jigglebone idea of the drum arms hitting the actual drum is a great idea, but as a soldier hat this imo doesn't really work. I think as a pyro backpack whith the same jigglebone idea could work great tough, maybe with a hat / other misc in the theme of a marching band

Eh... this feels like another "random thing mounted on helmet" cosmetic for Soldier. I'm not saying the premise of mounting something on the helmet is bad, I just think it could have a little more to do with Soldier himself then a drum.
I'm not going to declare it's the worst thing ever, though. Just a little underwhelming.
