Apparently it's not the mod's fault, and it's just a glitch in the base game that hasn't been fixed.

I wish had seen the Rite comentary early. I've spent 2 hours trying to create a religion with the Rite tenet but it randomly selected other men to be the pope instead of the real one

This seems to cause Rite to not work correctly.

The only issue is if you create a new religion as an adventurer and if you become a head of faith you are no longer considerd an adventurer and the game will gameover since you have no land and are not an adventurer.

installed the mod to be able to create a religion witth me as head of faith as a landless andventurer. it was but possible, but after creation "game over"-screen becaus Papacy lost all titles and became landless :-(

definitely works, I just used it to reform asatru as a landless adventurer. Prior to installing the mod I couldn't because my "realm" had 0 out of 3 required holy sites.

I also tried to become one but, after trying to mess with the files for hours yesterday, i didn't manage to. Do you think it could be possible by someone with more modding experience? Or is it something hardcoded in the game and, therefore, impossible?

In case anyone is wondering with the RtP update: you get a game over if you make yourself the temportal spiritual head while you are a landless adventurer

OK found out why it wasn't working I forgot that I had a mod that makes faith reform require less faith points (Or whatever its called) right when I uninstalled that this started working. This is a great mod by the way.

Im not sure what mod is conflicting with what, but the AI has access to something that allows them to reform or create faiths for nearly no cost, or something. Whenever I start a game, about 30 new faiths are made or reformed off the first month, which tells me either this mod (which says it doesnt work for AI), or my free faith creation mod (which also says it doesnt work for AI) is actually allowing AI to work with it... And I think its this one, since I think id see alot more faiths throughout the game if it was the "one free faith creation per lifetime" one

I just tried it for the new game version 1.9.1, and I can confirm that this mod works perfectly without any issues. I even tried it on an old save game file and still worked fine. If you are having issues with this mod, that means you have mod conflict issues.

Mod isn't working for me. Trying to reform Slovianska Pravda in 867 at the start of the game but the Holy Sites is still needed.
I don't have other faith mods. Only "More Rules" and buildings mods (CW3, MBR, etc).

Great mod, as most cases its so difficult reform a faith, and if you are a small minor nation with no chance of expanding, its almost impossible to do so, but this will help with the custom nation ideas a lot!
