As an update to your description, USS Texas was towed to drydock in Galveston, Texas on 31 August 2022 and is expected to be there for about a year to a year and a half.

Due to the way this game works, I used the advanced wind turbine as the base template for ships so that they can be placed on water. Sorry if this caused you any confusion for why it is where it is.
