Because that mod modified the surgeon model. It'll randomize between the guard and surgeon.

and if there is military zombies with helmets. what about police zombies with pistols and chrome shotguns and auto shotguns wearing plate carriers and riot helmets with knee pads and with long sleeve uniforms
