Just my two cents, but to be honest, these should be categorized as 'res low', not res high. You tend to find these in small towns, small cities and suburbs.

You are releasing some amazing assets! I know they must take a ton of time and attention to detail, so thank you for that!

I know everyone asks you for asset ideas, but I think a collection of single family homes would be awesome - some ranch style, some older retro style, and some cool modern ones would be so cool!

Loading Screen Mod is telling me that several assets are missing in order for me to use this mod. One of them, Concrete Tiles Pack 1, requires Decal Prop Fix, which is a depreciated mod. I know it's a lot to ask, but could this be updated to use more updated asset? It's such a beautiful asset, I really want to use it in my game!

I just cheat and use no abandonment mod. Otherwise you probably need more nearby overlapping education buildings, transport options like buses, trams and maybe closer police, fire and health building coverage.

Love your stuff soooooooo much Smilies!!! Question for anyone...I am having a hard time keeping these and the 4 plexes occupied as I keep getting the "land value too low" message. I have them in a good spot, lots of services and parks nearby?? Anyone else having this issue? TIA!
