As he already said, he isn't going to add countries that basically saw 0 combat in vietnam/really low amount of men and that only provided military/medical aid like the Soviet Union, China, North Korea, Phillipines, Royal Khmer Army, Royal Lao Army, etc.

Phillipines saw 0 action in Vietnam and all they did was medical aid and military aid to South Vietnam. And if he adds it, of course people are gonna mis-use them to combatives.
