Yes, you can put it in the chest, but unfortunately it does not stack in the inventory.

I have actually noticed that, despite saying it was made for a different version, it does still seem to work. Of all the mods that I have which are marked as being made for a different version, this is the only one that doesn't also have a trash can icon, making me think that despite this it's actually still enabled and working

Also lets you pick up more than one at once, not fish up more once they're in your inventory

This seems to still work for me, I haven't tested the beta. As for keeping a stock of fish, simply store them in a chest, all this mod does is increase stack size because I had a mod with multiple fishing hooks causing me to fish up like 20 at once.

the only thing i would love to see is the abilty to catch the same quest fish many times so one can keep a stock of them :P
