They are not based on real-life place,but I referenced the villa design in Miami. : )

nice work overall. But at least in these screenshots it does seem like the roof is perhaps oversaturated. The C/S game amps up saturation. So it can be important to anticipate that and preemptively reduce saturation for certain colors in your textures prior to import to asset editor.
