I found my qc file and tested it. Yes, in Blender and HLMV attack animations are completely broken. But they work fine in game somehow :) Try to compile and test in game.

I don't remember exactly, but try to experiment with "delta", "addlayer look poses", ikrules or nonlayer smds for layer sequences. Gotta check my home pc for any files. I'm at work right now.
