@DeltaMike - No, actually, the opposite, the front sight post disappears. From what I've seen yesterday, it's an issue that can't be fixed...

@dezoass - Hey, sorry for just noticing your comment and getting back to you late. Could you please elaborate some more and possibly include a screenshot of the issue? I believe are you are stating that when an optic is attached it is obscured by the front sight post, correct?

Hey, man. Is there any chance to fix the front sight post from the MK18 Mod 0 when an optic is attached to the rifle? It basically gets cut down. Anyways, the mod is still amazing. Thanks man

For ALL server /theatre file consistency issues, simply go to a Cooperative and/or Multiplayer tab on the main menu screen, click on one or two of the shown servers BUT DO NOT JOIN. Client side will download stock theatre files that will resolve the issue. Confirm that files have been downloaded through the Console. Go back to the server you encountered the incontinent......I mean inconsistency problem and you will be able to join.

@dezoass - It should not be, the only thing I have done to it in a while and that was within the last 24 hours, was update it. Try verifying the files for Insurgency through Steam, let Workshop update your subscriptions if need be and try again. Let me know if you need more help!

You select the Perk for the Leader, not the sniper unless deltamike has changed it.

@John wick - Hey, the medic class requires you to be in a server that hosts the SWAT modification, due to it requiring SourceMod and appropriate plugins to operate. You can join the server for this modification at the IP address: 74.91.116.135:27015 or browse for the server titled The Armory | SWAT | Stats :oldschool:

Not sure if it happens every single time, but it seems that the Engineer's menu will not work after using it a couple of times. This is from another teammate who experienced it for the second time around now.

Yes, thanks. The bots at counter have something they can achieve now; retake the point. They would be so chuffed at the change. Someone also suggested to make the counters persistent/constant counters so that teammates are encouraged to revive and heal fallen comrades instead of taking the obj solo. But that will be how you would like to see the SWAT mod done.

@dollythesheep11 - Appreciate your feedback. I have taken everything you've said into consideration and have made it so you the bots can now take back objectives. Should be placed into effect when I restart the server, I will do here shortly as there is people currently on the server.

Apparently the bots cannot recapture a point even if it is left undefended. While these are supposed to be SWAT and FBI operatives and they do not usually take and defend areas, this will mean for this mod and game, that it makes the Engineer class superfluous. He does not need to build defences anymore to protect the capped point during a counter. In fact, everyone can just leave the point and take down the bots from afar and different angles negating the need to cover angles and protect each other at the capped point when defending. The Engineer can just use the c4 and whatnots to attack as well. That build menu needs not be used. Perhaps reverting to the stock way for capped point defence, deltamike?

When I use the 3rd person view
(which works really well) in a solo game ,
is there any additional commands I can use to move my man on screen perhaps more to the left or else in or out ,can I change the camera view at all in this mode?

The default camera view is good but I thought more variety of camera might be possible?

Ohhhh, sorry about that, it's just an weapon upgrade available in the modification itself, its called Higher FOV, each weapon should have it :)

Not completely sure if it is the cause but there have been 4 instances of joiners going into the SWAT server and got bounced because of "server is enforcing consistency for this file: scripts/theaters/swatbeta_stockoptics_checkpoint.theater". Only started after the recent update coincidentally (that being the operative word).Please check. (I have told two of them how to resolve it but they could not find either the offending theatre file nor the mods with it incorporated)

This is superb. Been looking for a way to turn Insurgency into a Ready or Not style game.

This mod finally makes my plan into a reality and I must say I'm not disappointed.
Makes the game feel more intense imo, plus the weaponry makes for some pretty hefty pre-planning according to the maps chosen.

Keep up the great work man, all the best in future updates and projects! Enjoy the award, you've earned it my friend

This is a workaround for the particle effects to be cached to the client so there is no errors. I am currently looking to implement a way that will cookie the client that they have been reloaded once, and a reload on map change again isn't necessary.

In case it is not known, at the insgamer SWAT server, at every map change or restart, maps will load twice right at the transition to the loadout screen
