Ensure that the Counter-Strike Source game support is enabled in your game if you already have it in your library and installed. Otherwise, clean your game if you have too many addons.

Verify the content of your game and ensure that you have a clean functioning game. You can take a look to the second part of this article too. If needed, try to disable every addons and correctly installing again your game.
As you are the very first one to have this issue, we cannot provide support for your own computer since it doesn't concerns the Workshop item itself.

Contact Olivier and send us pictures of the problem you have. As we know, everything is working from the level itself, so certainly something with your others addons or games configuration.

Like said in the description, it has been designed for Counter-Strike Source, so no other game support is needed on this. That means it can't require other games than the one it was designed for: Counter-Strike Source.
Therefore, Left 4 Dead doesn't have anything to do with this.

As you can see, nothing else is asked to be subscribed required. However, as the main purpose of Garry's Mod, it's need to be Counter-Strike Source support enabled to load their assets.

You can't actually "turn off" the rain, but you have workarounds to "hide it".

For the visual: Simply submit in your console: " r_rainalpha 0 "
For the sound: There is no way to stop specifically the rain sound, but you can silence every already playing sounds by submitting the "stopsound" command in your console.

@Thugoslav Eshakov It should if the addon you are talking about use either Navigation Meshes or AI Nodes, both are supported.
