@Lution I dont have the ability to make animation files, so i cant make any visual transform effects. But you can which form she is by reading her skills description.

You should do an Eyeless skin/version of her, she doesn't fit the Darkest Dungeon roster with those eyes.

Feels kinda weird actually being able to see a playable class's eyes lol.

first things first, this class is very efficient. big damage, decent to good utility, good trinkets and decent defenses. overall, gameplay-wise, it's top notch.
however graphicly, this is a hard no for me. no combat idle animation, no clear form/transformation indicator (no idle animation no transform animation, no buff indicator, just moveset change and attack animation change). no movement animation, interact animation is the same than slither. and when you're transformed and fight ends, the Sentry will sometimes do her changing-back animation three times, shuffling herself in 4th row three times, and sneaking three times, this is both annoying (because she, graphicly, doesn't have another form, so she shouldn't have a change back to sentry mode animation) and frustrating because you lose 5 seconds of game looking at her dancing three times.
overall i don't like this, nothing attracts me to play this class beyond her really good CoM trinket.
i am sad.

Another one of these overcomplicated classes which supposedly do everything but in real game environment, they do pretty much squat. Many forms, many functions but the numbers are too low for serious tanking or dmg dealing. If you are looking for lots of text with cool but underpowered character, look no more, sentry is here for you.

I just had Seaiayu's problem too just now. Which is really weird since I was actually able to use her without the Shieldbreaker dlc for a few days, I didn't think anything of it since I didn't read the mod description.

ah okay i just look at the description for dependencies/ used to mods requiring other file popping up. guess i got lazy due to steam and description convieniance. still, hopefully my method i posted below will let people try your mod in modded class only runs.

i have stated it requires SB/ CC/ COM dlc in the right side of the page.

okay so in case anyone wants to use this class but doesnt want shieldbreakers to spawn in the coach, go to steam game/steamapps/common/ darkest dungeon/ dlc/ 702540_shieldbreaker/heroes/shieldbreaker and edit the shieldbreaker.info.darkest file. the bottom line contains the code number_of_cards_in_deck 6. change it to zero for no spawns. note that you need a program to view the darkest file, so make sure you have a file viewer/editor.

also, maybe edit description to state it requires sheildbreaker dlc might be good.

seems like it. just did a completely vanilla run with no other mod activated and still crashed. is there a version (or will there be) that doesnt need sheildbreaker? or is the only way to enable it but set the spawn to zero for sheildbreakers? i like to do no vanilla classes when i use modded classes and im sure im not the only one.

that is the problem, shieldbreaker dlc must be activated.

i usually use the shieldbreaker dlc disabled when playing with modded classes. is it needed to be enabled for this mod? just curious

just tried again. instead of the couple dozen mods i only did imprisoned heroes (removes vanilla heroes from coach) darkest dungeon tactics (only improve vanilla moster ai and team comps) and the sentry mod. let dismas die, gave me a sentry in coach and.... inspecting crashed the game again.the other 2 mods i used dont impact sentry mod at all so, i dunno what it is.

sounds like a localization crash, which language you are using ?

downloaded it and tried it out. as soon as i got one in the coach and right clicked it to see skills and positive.negative quirks it crashed the game. anyone else experiencing that>

变身女王的时候为什么不显示女王的图片啊？攻击的时候才会显示，话说能不能弄成其他mod那样切换变身啊？战士能扛另一个像射手一样打远距离，然后变身女王

oh okay just wondering for the visual change and btw there was a bug where she kept doing one of her skills kept going on repeat for like a few seconds when out of combat and it was the skill of her moving into the backline stealthed

If you mean the modes, there is 33% chance to change to Queen mode if you take turns to cast skills from different snakes. If you mean visual forms for idle stand, then no change. It takes too many animation works to do that, anyway the cobra and adders will show in skills.

does she change forms with the ability that have the change? cause when i use those abilities nothing happens she just stays the same
