This map never worked right on Gmod, and now there's not really a way to play it anymore. I guess you could load up old CS:GO.

I think the problem is you can't just drop a map from CS:GO to Gmod. Same base engine, but the two have existed separate for many years, so the changes to the engine make it no longer compatible. It might work for you because it picks up on it being a CS:GO map and tries running it in a compatibility mode. If you really wanna make this available, decompile the map, open it in gmod hammer (i recommend hammer++), fix any weird bugs that happened through the decompile, and recompile it. Hammer should be able to do the heavy lifting of making it work for Gmod.

dude every time i load up a map there is like a 25% chance most of the textures are errors... everything is just errors :(

You also might check if the map is compressed. Sometimes CSGO maps compress themselves, and you can usually open the BSP in 7zip to find the uncompressed version

well maybe you should try again! I'd love to see what was originally supposed to be in this map. you will probs *have* to decompile it if you wanna make it work properly bc the CSGO engine and the Gmod engine are very different nowadays, with how much they've been updated from original hl2

also lots of gmod maps that ahve their stuff packed in dont work for me sometimes but not my own maps

@Mopishlynx23 this was when i first started modding, i did not decompile or modify this map in any way

I know that pretty much no one cares about this map at the moment, but I'd suggest maybe going through an online tutorial to learn how to properly pack the textures in. it also treats some of the door triggers as kill triggers, which is quite jarring sometimes. Maybe this was bc of the decompiler you used? There's more than one out there that could do smth like this

I think it’s just a problem with maps with textures and models packed in, it works on my end, also you need Csgo

My ping was at 36 in the map

its actually a de_ map but i renamed it gm_ in a later update

it spawns cs:go waeapons at the counter-terrorists spawn but if you have m9k enabled it uses m9k guns instead of not existing

I also notice in the console that it tries to spawn in entities that don't exist. Is there a gamemode that's supposed to go with this?

and yes, I have tried downloading the CS:GO version. Now my game just crashes while trying to initialize resources. I think something isn't set up right

well to get the bsp, I have to use the GMA on gmad.exe, and I don't think the file is named anything close to what it is bc I've been searching through my addons

you can just grab the link and put it in gm publisher and do it that way

double check if counter:strike global offensive is mounted(NOT COUNTER STRIKE:SOURCE) and if that doesnt work tell me if the method of installing the original map for cs:go fixes it

if I find the time, I'll decompile it and figure out what's missing

from what I can tell, the custom textures are fine, 'cause there are still signs with the name all over; there's still a lot of missing textures from something.

@Mopishlynx23 must be you only because custom textures are their even when cs:go is not mounted and the map works perfectly without the origial mod installed

@Mopishlynx23 i dont know how to fix this right now but installing the original map for cs:go and then starting cs:go and closing it should fix the gmod problem for now while i look for a fix

idk it was on the cs:go versions thumbnail and i wanted to put it in the square thumbnail so i reverse image searched but i didnt find anything so i just cut it out of the thumbnail
