Since you aren't required paying for the game to mount the textures anymore.

Might be 2 years late, but Gmod now has CSS textures & assets by default so you don't require buying CSS for the stuff.

i'm not sure how to do it, but there is a way to pack all the used textures and models from the game, also, CS:GO uses decent assets at no cost

I actually initially made this map using HL2 assets when it started but I shifted over to TF2 assets since I didn't want anyone to waste money just to mount another game for the textures in this particular map.

Simply put, I like it. The ambient sounds really do a good job for the atmosphere on this map. Don't see maps with TF2 assets very often on this workshop. Or, at least, not many this high quality with the sole complaint I have is the lack of a skybox.
