i completed everything for both Lost variants so i dont really need this mod anymore unfortunately
Trinkets specifically in my case. Didnt test the Rest.
I think it could make sense. Heart Tokens overwrite some pickups and probably has some checker for current pickups in the room
P.S. Mb just red resprite of regular coin.
P.S.S. Mb using minimap API.
@NoahDe58, Im trying to avoid making items that use blood useful for the lost as it kinda defeats the purpose of his dice
I could probably add a setting that allows it to work for non red heart characters, though it does seem a tad too overpowered that way

but the next thing that would be cool for lost id different hearts change your mantle once
you don't have to do it but if you do 10/10
