Oh, wow small world. I came across this by accident and I am from Omaha, NE! I see this building on I480 whenever I cross the Missouri river into Council Bluffs, IA for work; where the traffic in the Omaha Metro is smooth even in rush hour!

Fun fact, the CHI Health Center used to be called Qwest Event Center and then CenturyLink Event Center.

This looks really cool, with 11gb though, it's just not feasible of me to consider downloading it. i could have so many other buildings in my game for that. Please consider optimising it.

Amazing asset! Just having one issue with it. At certain camera angles the asset vanishes completely

Wow, that looks really impressive. As someone who is currently living in Omaha, it is really neat to see someone make a replica of one of our more iconic buildings in Cities: Skylines, especially since Nebraska generally gets overlooked a lot. Very nice job.

@mderezulko "This production is a large-scale comprehensive performance venue located in Omaha, Nebraska, USA." It is not a hospital. The hospital merely bought the naming rights.

If you want it to be a hospital toss a hospital services block inside it.

Took me a minute to figure this building out. Formerly named Qwest Center Omaha then later CenturyLink Center. Guess naming rights were changed in 2018. Haven't been to Omaha for a few years.
