No idea to be honest, at least the nebula and valiant probably would (but there needs to be ships that would be able to fit the roles of those super-capital types). Right now however, the making of such shipsets are a bit of a ways off due to there being less time for me to work on mods.

Hello, I have a question, will the viscount, nebula, valiant and mediator be removed from this shipset when the new republic one finally comes around? those ships are more NR related than rebellion.

yeah fighters were removed for solely strike craft back in like 3.11

@Zombie - yeah that's what I'm hoping can be changed.... By the way I just got into a tussle with some carrier corvettes (CR90H - 1 Squadron) and the models ARE Y-Wings... I'm guessing that the PD models are X-Wing however I don't have any equipped on my 1 Squadron Light Carriers when I build some cruisers (Quasar Fire - MC40) I'll get X-Wings. So all we need is to change the Icons - however I doubt that it'll be that easy.

The new (3.14) update (I know we're in 4.06 but I've just restarted and I haven't played the game since 3.10 or so) changed the icons for the strike craft (fighters) I don't know if it changed the models or not (haven't got into a fight with a carrier or base with hangers) but from what I can see there are no longer fighters and bombers just strike craft and point defense (PD) - PD could be fighters (they're supposed to stay close to their carrier) so the others would be bombers - so maybe you can change the icons and models to fit?

for the KDY Strike Cruiser, why is it part of the rebels, when the rebels never used it? also the KDY Strike Cruiser is the length of a imperial star destroyer

If this shipset had actual custom slots instead of vanilla/nsc defaults that'd be nice, means it'll be imbalanced but honestly alot of vehicles had their own uniqueness in warfare of various types.

Would you PLEASE add some heavy carrier options for the Battleship, Dreadnought, and Titan ships? All the heavy Rebel ships had fighters and it feels terrible to not be able to have fighters on Home One, the MC-85 or the Liberty. They just don't feel complete without fighters!

I think it would be cool if the MC40 hull had a starfighter squadron; that'd make it a little more versatile like it's namesake.

I could swap those around next update (though, to be fair, I have been trying to find a Dauntless model for the role of a Dreadnought).

Putting the Nebula class Star Destroyers as battleships while using the MC80s as Dreadnoughts makes absolutely zero sense. They should be switched.

In Lore, the MC80s could barely stand up to an Imperial Star Destroyer (a battleship in your Imperial shipset) alone, and would receive heavy damage in doing so, which is why the Rebels avoided those battles if they could. The MC80s had good shields, but weak armor and armament. They were available to the Rebellion relatively early, they came into service in 2-4 ABY.

The Nebulas on the other hand were a high quality, expensive design from the New Republic era introduced 15 years after the Battle of Yavin, 15ABY. They were designed to be able to destroy the Imperial 2 class Star Destroyers without taking significant damage in return. They had much more firepower than the MC80s, and they had significantly better shields and armor than the MC80s and ISDs. They also entered service in very limited numbers, and were far rarer than the MC80s.

I will have a closer look, it has been quite a while since I have had a closer look at the Rebel set (I normally have it being used by ai empires in my games rather than actually me using it). As for Rebel One, that might be a neat addition and shouldn't be too difficult to add.

Considering that the mc 102 blue jumper is one of the flag ships. It would also be neat to get rebel 1 as well.

Just so you know you have two ships mixed around. The model of the juggernaut is that of the mc 55 and the colossus is the mc 102. Though will there eventually be a way to choose the mc 102 as a flagship?

Surprise Update!
After reading some of the comments across my mods, I have decided that there is no more excuse for delaying adding Rouge One ships as they are easily available. The Sphyrna Corvette and MC75 Profundity have been added to this set.

- Not sure what model you are referring to with regards to the "MC-XX"

Maybe you could the Mediator-class Battlecruiser with the Endurance-class Fleet Carrier, it will be more accurate 'cuz you've already added the Nebula-class one ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have wanted to add the Dauntless to this set for some time but I have yet to acquire a model. I do like that plan though!
