Hey, can you make a version where the name and short description are not changed?

I always thought this item was useless so thank you (but it'd be better if you made it have a lower chance of happening instead of it being 100%)

wtf was somebody mad today? the item is mid so the buff should be somewhat mid.

honestly 3 is way too much, around 1.5 would be perfect (and also the same for black lipstick) , isaacguru is pretty good at balancing items , maybe just follow his numbers/%s.
