1. No, Sapsans don't have allies at all, but hey, it's V+ so everyone can have his own canon cause there's no canon at all
2. I think Kestrel's vehicles would fit, maybe also some of Kite's when they come out
Well, I think I'm pretty safe for now, cause such arrests happening in Russia, while I'm living in Belarus. Our government not going to arrest people for getting 1984 for free on the street as of now :)
