if the fetuses are invisible for anyone, go through your mods and figure and any that are outdated will be causing it. if you get c section in game or thru debug you can just run thru your list to find the one causing the issue. for me it was dougma.

ive tried it with the tarnished characters and i coulda sworn i fixed it for that, as they still show up on my end, but ill check the code to see if something caused it to load wrong or load unnecessarily

Yeah, fetuses are invisible for me as well. Playing T.Keeper, but it's also been invisible with other charecters
